SAIM Marine has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Turkey’s Data Hidrolik, paving the way for an enhanced range of deck machinery and steering systems in Italy, the UK, and Gulf Cooperation Council countries
SAIM Marine, a business unit of SAIM Group, has signed a new distribution agreement with Turkish firm, Data Hidrolik. The agreement marks a partnership for the distribution of Data Hidrolik’s range of deck machinery and steering systems, effective June 1.
Under the agreement, SAIM Marine will distribute Data Hidrolik products in Italy, the United Kingdom, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries which include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The partnership will also extend sales and after-sale services to these regions.
The partnership exemplifies the commitment of the SAIM Group to sourcing and delivering top-quality products and prioritizes the pursuit of excellence. Data Hidrolik, a pioneer in the design and production of steering systems and deck machinery since 1945, designs and manufactures an array of products for commercial ships, workboats, tugboats, mega yachts, military vessels, and offshore support crafts. The company’s product range includes custom-designed steering and labor systems and equipment, all crafted in its state-of-the-art factory.
