The Turkish companies ASELSAN, Turkish Aviation and Space Industry, BMC, Roketsan Rocket Industry and Trade. ALTD, STM, FNSS Defense Systems Inc and HAVELSAN were all included in the list and Turkey ranked 4th among the list of countries on the basis of the strength of their defense industries.
The US is represented with 41 companies, followed by the UK with 19 and China with 9 defense companies.
Other nations such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Russia, South Korea and Canada lagged behind Turkey in the ranking.
