Sanmar Shipyards have announced the appointment of Vimal Choy as Director Key Accounts and Client services for Europe with effect from 15 May 2018.
Vimal has extensive industry knowledge while working with Svitzer as Fleet Manager Europe. He has significant strategy and product experience in vessel design and operations. As a previous client of Sanmar he is well aware of the challenges and requirements of each individual operator. Vimal is an ex-Mariner and also attended an Executive development Program at Singapore Management University. He has 20 plus years of shipping industry experience involving container shipping, terminal operations, project management and tug operations, including business development.
