Iran is willing to end the war with the US and Israel, provided it receives guarantees that the war will not resume. This was stated by the Iranian president in a conversation with the President of the European Council.
‘We have the necessary will to bring this conflict to an end, provided that the essential conditions are met – in particular the guarantees required to prevent a recurrence of aggression,’ says Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, alongside the President of the European Council, António Costa.

US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he believes the war will end soon. At the same time, he suggested that the lessons learned from the war could lead the US to decide to withdraw from NATO – as, according to Trump, the alliance does not support the war.
