The perfect Arcadia A105 on stage this month

MDN İstanbul

Arcadia Yachts has delivered the first hull of its Arcadia A105, a year after it announced the new series. The yacht is now sailing in the Western Mediterranean hosting its owner onboard.

The megayacht is the first Hot Lab design for the shipyard. The studio was responsible for both the styling as well as the interior design. The angular and contemporary exterior profile reflects Arcadia Yachts’ philosophy of standing apart. As the brand’s reputation of its boats and yachts rely heavily on solar energy, thermal glass with solar panels sandwiched between panes comprises a significant part of the superstructure. A battery bank is fed by solar energy which power air conditioning and other comfort assets on board.

With a length of about 31 meters, the Arcadia A105 can accommodate eight guests along with its owner. The buyer of the first hull, which was christened as “RJ,” requested personalized touches throughout since the series is semi-custom. The ambiance of the saloon, which was revealed by Hot Lab itself on its Facebook page and is open air to each side, is casually chic. Sliding-glass doors yield access not only to the side decks, but also to fold-down balconies.
A glass-sided stairway in the saloon leads up to a sky lounge of nearly 30 squaremeters, where the owner and guests can enjoy an open-air ambiance, too. Sliding doors aft can unite the big interior lounging space with the sunning area which is 35 squaremeters.

With the main deck devoted to entertaining and relaxing, the Arcadia 105 puts all staterooms below decks in the standard arrangement. The master suite, as is typical practice, spans the foot beam of 7,8 meters. Three guest cabins accompany the master suit.

This month A105 will be firstly on stage at the Cannes Yachting Festival, and then appear at the Monaco Yacht Show, respectively. A second A105 is reported to be currently in build.
